DayDreams is a small private company specialising in traditional wood built Turkish boats, or 'gulets' as they are popularly known. The company was founded in 1987 by Jenny Day. Jenny and her team are experts, both in the area and in organising traditional gulet charters along the Turkish coast. The company organises all aspects of your holiday from the best boat to suit you, advising on the menus produced by our on-board chefs and cooks, to the appropriate flights for your group. (We book flights under our Atol 9006).
DayDreams organise gulet holidays with itineraries along the Turkish coast and the Dodecanese Islands. Choose a boat to suit you. For sheer indulgence, there are 6 super-deluxe gulets. The Cevri Hasans top the list of 24 luxury and standard air conditioned gulets and schooners, all available for private charter.
Single travellers and couples can also enjoy this VIP service by joining one of Jenny Day's schooner parties on board the Cevri Hasan III - part of the 2012 Small Group Holidays programme.
An additional tailor-made service enables travellers to combine a variety of land based holidays with a boat charter or schooner party.
"It seems incredible that I am celebrating 25 years organising travel to Turkey. My love of the sea and boats fired my imagination 27 years ago on my first visit to Turkey, when I embarked on my own personal day-dream. My philosophy of providing clients with a holiday tailored to suit them is at the heart of the business. It is 20 years since the Cevri Hasan III was designed specifically for us. She was launched in April 1992. She has weathered the years well, and is still much loved!

There are many breath-taking routes accessible from the coast, which will take you back to Ottoman times and beyond. I am leading a few schooners parties on board Cevri Hasan III in 2012 including two itineraries through some of the Dodecanese Islands. I am also planning another of our house party Autumn weekends in Istanbul and a land tour in late August, exploring the area along part of the Black Sea coast from Trabzon.
